Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division (“Hexagon”) has announced a strategic partnership with Prosper Machine Tool, to deliver advanced precision measurement solutions across manufacturers in North and Central TX, AZ, MO, OK, KS, AR, and North LA. Prosper Machine Tool, with over a decade of experience in the machine tool industry, will expand its offerings to include Hexagon’s cutting-edge inspection systems and digital manufacturing solutions, showcasing their commitment to providing hands-on, localized, and immediate technical support, ensuring customers receive expert assistance whenever they need it. The partnership also addresses critical challenges faced by regional manufacturers, such as increasing production complexity, a growing demand for automation, and persistent workforce skill gaps.

This collaboration, launched under the newly established Prosper Metrology Group, run by Ken Lambert, is set to expand the availability of cutting-edge technology, scaling much-needed support in key areas of aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, and general manufacturing sectors by combining Hexagon’s market-leading metrology technologies with Prosper’s trusted service and support expertise.

Ken Lambert believes by leveraging local expertise in each of the seven states, Prosper can provide sales and technical expertise when and where it is needed. Prosper Metrology Group is also partnering with Innovative Measuring Systems based in Phoenix Arizona. As a new Hexagon Value Added Representative, IMS will support Hexagon customers and metrology systems throughout Arizona. IMS team of measurement professionals will provide clients with sales, service and parts support.

Through this partnership, Prosper Machine Tool will also offer Hexagon’s software tools such as Simufact Welding and Volume Graphics, which enable manufacturers to simulate, analyze, and validate production processes more efficiently.
