Engineered as a modular platform (MP), the WireXpert MP combines a central operating unit with various modules and adapters tailored to specific measurement requirements. The WireXpert MP incorporates premium features from both the WireXpert 4500 and WireXpert 500, offering enhanced functionality without rendering these legacy devices obsolete. Softing remains committed to supporting these earlier models while delivering compelling advancements to the WireXpert MP.

The WireXpert MP features a high-resolution camera with built-in lighting, Xpert Cam, which allows technicians to capture clear, detailed images in any environment for accurate documentation. The Xpert Cam eliminates human error with precise recordkeeping for every test. Another WireXpert MP advantage is Xpert Scan, which instantly scans QRs, barcodes and cable labels. This feature quickly captures cable IDs, asset tags and test points with its auto-capture functionality, reducing errors and saving time by automatically logging data. The WireXpert MP can also output labels to a printer.

Additionally, an innovative magnetic flip tag allows the tester to instantly toggle between Local or Remote modes with a simple flip, enabling a smooth, secure and intuitive transition between roles while reducing handling errors.

Designed for easy and efficient use, the WireXpert MP features Xpert Views, an intuitive display and user control. Its rotating screen provides flexible viewing between landscape and portrait modes and its dual auto-test buttons are placed on both sides of the device for easy access.
