DELTA LOGIC has published a new minor release to version 6.0.2.0 for the powerful library for PC-PLC communication ACCON AGLink.

Users can now access the latest software versions from Siemens, and access to TIA Portal V19 projects is also included in the update. In addition, the current version of ACCON AGLink offers easy access to Siemens S7-1200 controllers with firmware 4.6.1, S7-1500 controllers with firmware 3.1.0 and SINUMERIK controllers with S7-1500 CPU and firmware 3.1.0.

ACCON AGLink ensures fast and secure data exchange between PCs or servers and PLCs, regardless of operating systems and programming languages. The powerful software from DELTA LOGIC offers support for controllers of the S7-200/300/400, S7-1200 and S7-1500 series, including access to the optimized data blocks. The scope of services also includes support for SINUMERIK 840D sl, 840D pl and 810D pl. The controllers can be addressed directly via ACCON AGLink, without changing the CNC software or a separate Siemens license. From version 6.0, SINUMERIK ONE and Create MyVirtual Machine are also supported, as well as the SIEMENS encryption protocol Secure Communication (TLS 1.3) for maximum data security.

The single license includes one PC installation of ACCON AGLink and is available in three versions: The Classic single license contains all modules available for the selected operating system except for the TIA modules, the SINUMERIK AddOn and S5-ISO (H1). The TIA single license extends the Classic version to include the TIA modules, while the Pro single license contains all modules available for ACCON AGLink.

Developer license opens up the full potential of Raspberry Pi
DELTA LOGIC's software library has supported the Raspberry Pi miniature PC since the last minor release. The single-board computer has long since shed its hobbyist status and is being used in a growing number of applications in Industry 4.0. ACCON AGLink also significantly accelerates projects with Raspberry Pi, including the S7-PB, S7-TCP/IP, S7-TCP/IP TIA and S7-SymbolikPro TIA modules. Users can also purchase the standard Linux developer license for an attractive small surcharge. Compared to the single license, this allows the user to create an unlimited number of runtimes for any number of end products based on ACCON AGLink.

In addition to the developer license, DELTA LOGIC offers a maintenance contract with premium support and Software Update Service (SUS) as an option: During the contract period, licensees receive all ACCON AGLink updates by e-mail and are always kept up to date, even with firmware changes or new CPU types.

Free demo version
To test ACCON AGLink, DELTA LOGIC offers a free demo version, including manual and examples for Windows (32- or 64-bit) and Linux.
