SECO Demonstrates Edge AI and Industrial HMI Platforms at CES 2026

Edge AI and Smart Systems for Industrial and Medical Applications
SECO will present its latest edge AI capabilities and the Pi Vision 10.1 CM5 industrial platform at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, held from January 6–9. Visitors to booth #8574 explored SECO’s interactive solutions for IoT, industrial automation, medical devices, and smart building systems, along with its range of embedded hardware products and the Clea software framework for AI, IoT, and device cybersecurity.

Hands-On Demonstrations of AI and IoT Integration
At the event, SECO will highlight its AI-powered human-machine interface (HMI) demonstrations, which integrate advanced processors from NXP, Qualcomm, and MediaTek into Modular Vision 10.1” HMI panel PCs. These demonstrations showcased embedded vision, voice recognition, remote management, and real-time insights powered by the Clea software framework. Additional live demos ran generative AI and deep learning models for on-device industrial safety analysis, illustrating scalable AI processing and advanced visual intelligence using an Intel Battlemage B50 GPU with computer vision-optimized coprocessors.

Modular Vision HMIs and Pi Vision 10.1 CM5
SECO’s Modular Vision series of HMI panel PCs provide full HD displays in 7”, 10.1”, and 15.6” sizes with embedded processors, touch interfaces, networking options, and industrial peripheral connectivity. These systems can be customized with specific processor configurations, display resolutions, and peripheral options to meet application-specific requirements. The Pi Vision 10.1 CM5, based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5, was highlighted as a flexible industrial solution compatible with a variety of use cases.

Clea OS 2.0 for Edge Device Deployment and Security
The Clea OS 2.0 operating system, part of SECO’s Clea software suite, enables rapid deployment of edge IoT devices with industrial-grade Linux capabilities. Built on the open-source Yocto Project, it facilitates integration with cloud infrastructure, simplifies system configuration, and supports edge device cybersecurity, including compliance with EU CRA and RED regulations. Clea works seamlessly with both SECO and third-party hardware, allowing operators to manage infrastructure remotely and leverage AI-driven operational insights.

CES 2026 as a Platform for North American Market Expansion
By showcasing these technologies at CES 2026, SECO will offer visitors direct access to its end-to-end solutions for industrial, medical, and smart building applications, reinforced by the company’s US-based engineering and operational support.
