Introducing the new KDS-FB cable entry system for flat ribbon cables, CONTA-CLIP expands its KDSClick program of cable management solutions. As is typical for this product range, the system consists of only a few modular components that are easy to assemble without tools.
The new IP66 cable entry system KDSClick from CONTA-CLIP allows for quickly feeding open-ended cables or pre-assembled cables into enclosures or through cabinet walls.
CONTA-CLIP have expanded their series of SDK lead-through terminals with types SDK 10 and SDK 16 for 10 mm² and 16 mm² nominal cross-sections. The SDK series' modular design makes these terminals suitable for a multitude of applications in electrical equipment and enclosure technology. By combining coordinated system components, different voltage levels of up to 1000 V (UL 600 V) for a rated current of up to 76 A can be provided.
FSIK 4-type fuse disconnect terminals from CONTA-CLIP feature a folding extraction lever that locks into its end position and provides space for a spare fuse. Alternatively, CONTA-CLIP also supplies the fuse disconnect terminals with an integrated LED status display. The pressure spring connection system (PushIn) allows fast and safe contacting of the wires. A cross-connection channel within the fuse disconnect terminals allows for potentials to be distributed to adjacent fused terminals from the FSIK series. For multiplying the potentials, CONTA-CLIP offers the FQI standard connection system, available with 2 to 10 poles. Using VBS connection sleeves, two or three extraction levers can be coupled and operated simultaneously. FSIK 4 housings are made from polyamide 6.6 UL 94 V-0.
CONTA-CLIP’s HSKG line of stud terminals ensures secure connections for all energy-transmitting applications. The new HSKG 35 and HSKG 70 terminals connect cables with small rated cross sections of 35 or 70 mm².
The relay couplers and multifunction timing relays from CONTA-CLIP’s new Interface Relay Compact (IRC) program embody a new coupling relay strategy: merely 6.2 mm wide, the units require minimal space while enabling simple installation and ease of use. Thanks to interchangeable relays or optocouplers, they can be adapted to various requirements.
